Grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and major life transitions can feel like too much to carry. Maybe you’ve lost someone you love, feel exhausted caring for others, are overwhelmed by work stress, or are navigating a breakup, move, or new career path. I work with adults, caregivers, couples, recent graduates, professionals, and creatives to find relief, heal from loss, and create meaningful change. Through secure telehealth therapy across Illinois and Michigan, we process emotions, manage stress, and build a grounded, authentic life aligned with your values.
I specialize in grief counseling, trauma recovery, anxiety treatment, stress management, caregiver support, and life transition coaching. Whether you’re grieving a loss, feeling burned out, or navigating a major change, I use evidence-based, compassionate care to help you heal, build coping tools, and reconnect with what matters most.
“Love is a combination of care, commitment, knowledge, responsibility, respect, and trust” (bell hooks). Therapy is an act of courage and self-care, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in this part of your journey. Let’s have a conversation to explore your needs, see if we are a good fit, and imagine what healing and growth can look like for you.
Should you choose to seek care with me, I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna/Evernorth, Magellan, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH). For out-of-network plans, documentation for reimbursement can also be provided.
