Your first sessions are an opportunity to begin where you are—whether that’s with a specific concern, a general sense of feeling overwhelmed, or simply curiosity about the process.

Over time, you and your clinician will work collaboratively to explore what feels most important, with attention to your experiences, identity, and goals. Finding the right fit is an important part of this process, and you are always welcome to meet with different clinicians to ensure alignment.

Above all, our aim is to create a space where you feel supported, respected, and able to engage in a way that feels meaningful to you.
