I believe everybody deserves a space to feel safe, seen, heard, and respected. Therapy can offer that space — one where difficult emotions, life experiences, and personal challenges can be explored with compassion and without judgment. I work collaboratively with teens, adults, and couples who are seeking greater self-understanding, deeper connection, and support in cultivating the strengths already within them.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach and focuses on anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and emotional growth. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practices to support clients in navigating life transitions, strengthening self-awareness, and building more meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
I strive to create a welcoming, affirming, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey. I especially value creating space for individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ communities, mixed-race individuals, single parents, and those seeking care grounded in respect, authenticity, and emotional safety.
Whether working together directly or helping connect you to the right fit, my goal is to ensure you feel cared for, respected, and empowered throughout the process.
Should you choose to seek care with me, I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna/Evernorth, Magellan, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC/UBH). For out-of-network plans, documentation for reimbursement can also be provided.
