Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or health savings programs. Prior to scheduling your first appointment, please check your coverage. We accept most insurance plans, including:

How Long Does Each Therapy Session Last?

Each session is 50 minutes.

Frequency can vary—some people meet weekly, others biweekly or monthly, depending on their needs. Together with your practitioner, you’ll decide what rhythm of support feels most sustainable and effective for you.

What is The Cancellation Policy?
