The ATS Book Club

The ATS Book Club is a space for reflection, dialogue, and shared learning rooted in the values that guide our work — trauma-informed care, cultural awareness, relational healing, and social justice. Each month, we explore texts that challenge dominant narratives, deepen our understanding of self and systems, and support both personal and professional growth.

April’s theme of Renewal, Reflection, and Release invites us to consider what we are carrying, what no longer serves us, and how we might move forward with greater clarity and intention. In alignment with the season, this month’s readings explore emotional decluttering, boundaries, and the ongoing process of reconnecting with ourselves in meaningful and sustainable ways.
